On-line orders will have to be confirmed by Zanaria after a verification of the availability of desired items.
In case we receive more than one order for the same item, this one will be assigned to the first order received.
Orders that will not be paid within eighth day from the confirmation of the availability, will be considered void.
Prices:

Orders below Euros 50,00 will be kindly declined. For orders
below Euro 150,00, Euro 5,00 will be added for postage and
packaging.

Guarantee:
Offered items, unless otherwise indicated, are perfect,
guaranteed of absolute first choice, with no hidden defects
and in better quality (centering / perforation, overall
aspect) and conservation condition than those usually used as
reference in catalogues. The Customer is entitled to have the
items replaced in the event they did not meet his complete
satisfaction within 1 month from the purchase date. Offers are
subject to unsold merchandise.
Certificates:
For all the items whose price is higher than euros 500,00 we
provide our guarantee certificate; items whose price is higher
than Euro 1.000,00 also have a certificate from well known
national or international Experts. It is always possible to
obtain our certificate of guarantee by paying 15,00 Euro.
National or international Experts certificates can be obtained
by paying their pure cost.
Shipment:
Items are usually shipped by registered mail. If you prefer to
use other shipment methods, please specify in the order form.
Extra shipping charges will be charged at the cost.
